Shipping Costs

Deliveries in Germany

We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany that have a minimum value of 21,99€. For orders under 21,99€, we charge a shipping fee of 3.72€.

Deliveries Abroad

For delivery to outside of Germany we accept orders that have a minimum order value of 21,99€. The shipping costs vary across the countries and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Courier

All our products are shipped with DHL goGreen. DHL goGreen is an environmental protection programme that seeks to reduce and/or avoid greenhouse gas emissions and local air pollutants by taking a climate neutral approach. Learn more about DHL goGreen here.

 

Delivery Packaging Material

Plastic Free

All products are packed and shipped completely plastic free. 

Recycled Cardboard 

All products are packed in boxes that are made from 100% recycled cardboard. Please reuse the boxes or recycle them. 

Paper Tape

The recycled cardboard boxes are secured with paper tape. The paper is degradable and natural rubber is free of synthetic additives, but is not 100% degradable. Therefore, please dispose of the paper tape separately if possible.

Recyclable Stickers

On our cardboard boxes we use environmentally friendly stickers with our logo. These are 100% recyclable and do not have to be removed from the cardboard box before you dispose of it in your recycling bin.

Packaging Labels

All packaging labels are printed on 100% recycled paper. Please recycle the packaging labels.

Terms of Delivery

Once an order has been placed and the payment has been registered, the delivery will be completed in 3-4 working days within Germany and in 5-7 working days outside of Germany. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or on holidays.
